We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our Finance team at our Klungkung District location in Nusa lembongan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and accuracy of Shape Haus. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Your work will directly support the financial health and strategic decision-making of the organisation.

• Recording and processing financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Preparing and reconciling general ledger accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Conducting bank reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Supporting the audit process and responding to auditor queries
• Maintaining accurate and organized financial records and documentation
• Ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations and reporting requirements
• Collaborating with other departments to gather financial information and resolve accounting matters

• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and practices
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting standards and regulations relevant to our operating environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is desirable
