Finance Executive (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and customer invoicing.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
Prepare and record incoming payments and customer transactions.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and supplier invoices.
Verify invoices and supporting documents before payment.
Prepare payment requests and monitor payment schedules.
Perform bank reconciliation and accounting entries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date finance records.
Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding finance matters.
