Head of Finance

Head of Finance to oversee the financial operations of three F&B brands/restaurants. The objective is to ensure financial transparency, cost control, profitability, and efficient financial management across all outlets.

Key responsibilities

Prepare weekly and monthly P&L statements, cash flow reports, and financial summaries for each outlet

Monitor food costs, beverage costs, labor costs, operating expenses, and overall profitability

Develop budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities to improve margins

Supervise daily sales reconciliation, cash handling, bank transactions, and payment accuracy

Work closely with purchasing and operations to control supplier costs, stock discrepancies, and wastage

Oversee supplier payments, invoices, receivables, and outstanding balances

Ensure accurate bookkeeping, tax compliance, and proper financial documentation under Indonesian regulations

Supervise the finance and accounting team and establish clear financial procedures across all three brands

About you

Proven experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry

Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, inventory management, and cost control

Excellent Excel and accounting software skills

Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities

High level of integrity, accuracy, and accountability
