Location: Gorontalo
- Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Monitor production costs, inventory movements, and stock valuations, including manufacturing cost analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, and financial performance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements
- Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain effective financial controls
- Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to ensure data accuracy and improve finance processes

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, general ledger, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
- Experience in cost accounting, inventory control, and manufacturing cost analysis is highly preferred
- Good understanding of Indonesian taxation, statutory compliance, and audit processes
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
- High attention to detail, integrity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
- Fluent in English
