• Prepare meeting agendas and supporting documents, ensuring meeting rooms, equipment, or virtual platforms are ready.
• Record accurate and structured minutes of meetings.
• Create task lists or action plans and follow up with stakeholders to monitor deadlines and progress.
• Coordinate with team or departments to implement meeting outcomes and send reminders or updates to all relevant parties.
• Translate documents and meetings from Mandarin to English/Indonesian.
• Review related finance submissions such as claims, leave requests, and others.
• Support other administrative duties as required by the Finance Department or direct supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance or Accounting.
• Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) – WAJIB (required). English skills are a plus.
• Proficient in taking clear and organized meeting minutes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly responsible.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to be stationed at Pantai Indah Kapuk
