Admin Associate

We are looking for a Marketing Admin to support our client, a Singapore-based clinic.

• Manage patient appointments (booking, rescheduling, and cancellations)
• Consistently follow up with patients to confirm or adjust appointments
• Support in generating and maintaining invoices
• Handle general administrative and clerical tasks for the clinic
• Assist in crafting short articles or content for the clinics website

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Basic knowledge or interest in content writing/posting
• Proficient in using common office tools (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.)
• Responsible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
