Admin Sales

Prepare and manage sales administration, including quotations, sales orders, and contract documents.

Support the Sales team in customer follow-up, scheduling, and report preparation.

Coordinate sales activities, meetings, and client visits

Monitor sales pipelines and ensure proper documentation throughout the delivery process.

Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Warehouse

Manage the delivery of goods according to customer request

Daily Report to a manager

Able to speak in English & Mandarin will be advantage

Proven work experience as Sales Support or Sales Admin at least 3 years

Having good computer skill MS Office, familiar with Accurate program

Fast learner and good communication skill

Proactive and dead-line fulfillment oriented

High integrity, committed, honest and responsible person

Accuracy, cooperative as a Teamwork
