Position: PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO GM
Location: South Tangerang

Maison Feerie is a company engaged in the bakery and pastry industry, adopting the concept of a Modern French Bakery. We currently operate nine outlets in major shopping centers across Surabaya and six outlets located in Jakarta, Tangerang, and Bekasi.

What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (minimum 2–3 years).
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable handling multiple moving parts.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
  • Professional, discreet, proactive working style and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Candidates with Mandarin language skills are preferred.
What you’ll handle
  • Managing schedules, meetings, and executive activities.
  • Assisting in meeting coordination and preparing clear, structured minutes.
  • Recording decisions, action items, and work deadlines – including due dates and responsible parties.
  • Serving as a liaison between the GM and internal/external parties.
  • Keeping and organizing company documents for easy reference.
  • Supporting day‑to‑day communication and documentation needs.
  • Assisting general administrative, secretarial, and office‑related tasks as needed.
  • Assisting in project coordination and ensuring timely completion of key tasks.
  • Performing other duties as required to support the GM’s daily workflow.
