Support project administration, documentation, and reporting throughout project life cycles.
Prepare project timelines, progress trackers, status reports, and presentation materials.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, seminars, exhibitions, and business activities.
Support ad hoc strategic projects assigned by the CEO.
RequirementsUndergraduate student or fresh graduate in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and coordination skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing projects.
Willing to work onsite (WFO) in BSD, Monday–Friday, 08.00–17.00.
Interested in renewable energy and business operations.
