- Provide administrative and compliance support to the Legal Department by managing legal documentation, regulatory filings, licenses, permits, registrations, and compliance records
- Prepare, organize, and maintain legal and regulatory documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to relevant authorities
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external government agencies regarding licensing, permits, regulatory requirements, and compliance matters
- Monitor the progress of permit applications, registrations, and other regulatory processes while ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met
- Prepare periodic reports, maintain legal records and compliance databases, and ensure proper document control and filing systems
- Support the implementation of legal and compliance procedures while ensuring documentation aligns with applicable laws and company policies
- Assist the Legal team with day-to-day administrative activities, document management, and operational support to improve overall efficiency
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of legal documents while providing timely administrative support for ongoing legal and compliance initiatives
