Brand Partnership Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage email communications related to collaborations with brands, agencies, and endorsement partners on behalf of Jess No Limit and Sisca Kohl.
• Communicate directly with brands to discuss requirements, collaboration concepts, and execution schedules.
• Prepare partnership proposals aligned with the branding and vision of Jess No Limit and Sisca Kohl.
• Negotiate with third parties to achieve mutually beneficial collaboration agreements.
• Create performance reports on post insights (reach, engagement, and performance) for each collaboration and share these reports with the respective brands.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of collaborations.
• Provide periodic updates on the progress of partnerships to Jess No Limit and Sisca Kohl.
• Identify new partnership opportunities relevant to the brand and social media platforms of Jess No Limit and Sisca Kohl.

• Minimum education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Communication, Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or other relevant fields with experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in partnerships, endorsements, or brand collaborations.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in drafting proposals, negotiating, and following up on professional emails.
• Experienced in creating social media performance reports (reach, engagement, and other insights).
• Knowledgeable about social media trends, digital marketing, and branding, particularly in the gaming and lifestyle industries.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
