• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, managers, and other business teams, to gather and document business requirements
• Assisting in business processes research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the luxury industry helping identify areas for improvement, and suggest solutions
• Perform basic data analysis to support business decisions, focusing on customer insights, sales performance, and market trends
• Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Assist in project planning, including setting timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, operations, etc to ensure alignment and successful implementation of business strategies
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress and changes.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Preferably has previous related experience or role
• Domiciled in Jabodetabek and willing to work from the office (WFO) if needed
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gdocs, Gsheet, Gslide, etc)
• Basic understanding of data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and data
• Quick learner and adept at understanding information systems and applications
• Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and adept problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient in English (Writing, Listening, and Speaking)
• Possesses a resilient and determined attitude to overcome challenges effectively
