The Associate Managing Director will identify new business opportunities in both private and public sectors, develop marketing and product initiatives, draft proposals, support colleagues across offices, speak at events, and contribute to thought leadership to enhance Kroll's reputation.

• Business Development:
  Target new client groups and develop credible pitches to expand Kroll’s client base in Indonesia.
• Present Kroll’s services confidently to build project pipelines and increase revenue.
• Engage with decision-makers, identify opportunities, and broaden existing client relationships.
• Demonstrate our value proposition through product/service demos and advise clients accordingly.
• Stay updated on market trends and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to create localized materials and organize marketing events that generate revenue.

• Degree holder with 10+ years in professional services or consulting.
• Proven success in business development and revenue growth.
• Independent, proactive, and strategic in translating plans into results.
• Experience in market growth and enablement activities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of digital forensics, OSINT, data analytics tools/languages is a plus.
• Understanding of Southeast Asia’s political, economic, regulatory, and risk landscape.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa, with strong external and internal communication skills.
