Inventory Planning Control (IPC) Staff

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Operations Management, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Inventory Planning or Material Planning.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic forecasting) and capable of developing dashboards.
• Proven experience working with ERP systems.
• Experience managing 400+ SKUs or supporting multi‑plant operations is an advantage.
• Familiar with Google Workspace.
• Agile, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic environment.

• Inventory Planning: Develop material requirement plans and ensure stock availability based on forecasts and actual demand.
• Stock Monitoring: Continuously monitor inventory levels to prevent both overstock and stock‑out conditions.
• Material Replenishment: Initiate purchase or production replenishment requests according to calculated needs and lead times.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales, consumption trends, and demand patterns to support accurate planning.
• ERP System Management: Maintain, update, and validate inventory data within the ERP system.
• Inventory Reporting: Prepare regular inventory reports to support operational and managerial decision‑making.
• SKU Management: Manage and control a wide range of SKUs to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Cross‑Functional Coordination: Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless material flow.
• Cycle Count & Audit Support: Support cycle count activities and inventory audits to maintain data accuracy.
• Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of inventory planning and control processes.
