The Role

As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence in Malaysia’s recruitment sector, building strategic relationships with recruitment agencies, and driving revenue generation through a profit‑sharing partnership model.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence in Malaysia’s recruitment sector.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new recruitment agencies as clients for our SaaS product.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the company in business meetings, industry events, and networking sessions.
  • Collaborate with the internal product and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation.
  • Provide market feedback to help enhance product features and competitiveness.
  • Operate within a profit‑sharing partnership; receive a percentage of revenue/profit generated from clients acquired and managed.

Ideal Profile
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably in HRTech, SaaS, or recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment agency ecosystem in Malaysia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Existing network or relationships with recruitment firms is a strong advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience, ideally within a pre‑sales role.
  • Strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams.
  • Highly goal‑driven and thrives in fast‑paced environments.
  • Excellent networker & relationship builder.
