Regional Sales Manager (West or East)

• West Region (Homebased: Alam Sutera)
• East Region (Homebased: [Location])

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in sales, with 2–3 years in a managerial role, preferably in Beauty, FMCG, or Consumer Goods
• Proven experience managing regional sales operations and distributor networks
• Strong understanding of traditional trade, modern trade, and/or general trade channels
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
• Lead regional sales teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Manage, develop, and evaluate distributor performance across channels
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales teams
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback
• Analyze sales data, forecasts, and KPIs to implement corrective actions
• Coordinate closely with marketing, finance, supply chain, and other internal teams
• Ensure proper implementation of sales programs, promotions, and merchandising standards
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and manage regional sales budgets
