Overview

We’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Professional to drive revenue growth, unlock new markets, and build meaningful strategic partnerships. This role combines business acumen, relationship management, and a deep understanding of market dynamics to help us scale impactfully and sustainably.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive top-line growth across key sectors.
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships that enhance our market position, product offerings, or distribution channels.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads, moving prospects through the full sales cycle — from outreach to closing.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define partnership frameworks, deal structures, and go-to-market plans.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive business proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches.
  • Serve as the company’s representative at industry events, forums, and client meetings.
  • Track KPIs, revenue targets, and deal flow using CRM tools and regular reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through partnerships and direct sales initiatives.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting to C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in FMCG, Food Services is a plus.
