Location: South Tangerang
Overview
Minimum education Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Proficient in Microsoft Project for scheduling, S-Curve, and manpower planning. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for progress tracking and reporting. Good understanding of interior, furniture, and MEP works (general knowledge). Willing to visit project sites when required.
Job Description- Prepare Master Schedule, S-Curve, and Manpower Planning for tender purposes, and perform schedule, S-Curve, and manpower planning revisions during project execution.
- Able to understand construction drawings and execution methods, especially for interior, furniture, and MEP works.
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Microsoft Project based on site progress regularly.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Team, and related parties, identify schedule risks, and provide mitigation recommendations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports, including schedules and supporting data, using Microsoft Excel.
