FINNS Beach Club is looking for an experienced Design Site Manager to oversee the execution of construction and fit-out projects. This position will be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating with vendors and internal departments, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, and maintaining quality and project schedules. This role requires a proactive individual who will be present on-site for the majority of the project duration.

Responsibilities- Manage and supervise daily construction and fit-out activities on site.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with vendors, the Design Department, and other internal departments.
- Review and verify architectural drawings before execution, ensuring they are practical, accurate, and aligned with site conditions.
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify issue between drawings and actual site conditions, and coordinate solutions promptly.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and schedule to ensure timely completion.
- Resolve site issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to minimize delays.
- Attend coordination meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Ensure all work complies with company standards, specifications, and local regulations.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is completed to the required quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Site Manager / Project Manager, or similar construction management role.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, interior fit-out, and project coordination.
- Ability to read, interpret, and review architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
- Strong problem‑solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Willing to spend the majority of working hours on-site to supervise project execution.
- Flexible to work overtime, weekends, public holidays when required by project schedules.
