Site Manager

Independent site manager to represent the owner's interests on an active 5-unit villa construction project. This is not a role within the contractor's team — you'll report directly to the owner, providing oversight the owner can't provide full-time himself.

Day-to-day site supervision and coordination between owner, architect, and contractor

Material survey — verifying delivered materials match specification, quantity, and quality before use

Quality control — inspecting works-in-progress against approved drawings and standard construction practice, flagging issues before they're built over

Progress reporting to the owner (photos, schedule vs. actual, budget vs. actual)

Escalating risks or contractor shortcuts early, not after the fact

Proven site management experience on villa/residential construction in Lombok or Bali

Comfortable working independently of, and where needed pushing back on, the main contractor

English or bilingual English/Bahasa Indonesia preferred, given the owner is not based on-site full time

Available to be on-site regularly / full-time during active construction phases
