We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage construction projects, particularly industrial zone and warehousing projects.
Key responsibilities- Manage construction projects from start to completion
- Manage project timeline, progress, costs, quality, and coordination
- Lead project teams and coordinate with owners, consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders
- Minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Experience as a Project Manager or Construction Project Manager
- Experience with industrial zone and/or warehousing projects
- Experience working in construction companies or construction groups
- Understanding of construction project execution processes from start to finish
- Ability to manage timeline, progress, costs, quality, and project coordination
- Ability to lead project teams and coordinate with owners, consultants, contractors, and relevant parties
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Willing to be placed according to project needs
