HSE Officer to support and provide the following scope and requirement :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) of Safety or related degree
- 2 Years Experience in HSE Officer
- Preparing and managing HSE documents needed for operational and project activities.
- Preparing and managing Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) documents according to customer requirement
- Organizing and coordinating Safety Drill activities regularly, such as fire simulations, emergency evacuations, and other emergency responses.
- Ensuring the implementation of the OHS and environmental programs runs in accordance with company policies, government regulations, and customer requirements.
- Creating and reviewing Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), as well as other risk control documents.
- Conducting Safety Induction for new employees, vendors, or guests entering the work area.
- Performing routine inspections of workshops, warehouses, and vehicles.
