• Manage the creation of game visuals and animations.
• Develop art production pipelines.
• Lead a team of 2D artists (task distribution, feedback).

• 2+ years as an Art Director (or Lead 2D Artist).
• Proficiency in Adobe software.
• 5+ years of experience in the game industry.
• Portfolio with released projects.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire the team.
• English proficiency at Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate level.

• Participating in the world s largest AAA gaming projects.
• Flexibility to adjust workload based on interests and availability
• Stable and timely payment

• Remote work format (we also have a great office in Bali, and this spring we re opening an even cooler location in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)
