About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Designer to join our dynamic team at PT Indovision Prima Film (AVB). As a full‑time Creative Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually stunning designs that captivate our clients and elevate our brand. This position is based in the vibrant city of Seminyak, Bali, offering you the opportunity to work in a collaborative, creative environment.

• Conceptualise and design a wide range of engaging visual content, including branding materials, marketing collateral, digital assets, and more.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into impactful design solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest design trends and techniques, and continuously improve your skills to deliver innovative designs.
• Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity.
• Provide creative input and guidance to junior designers, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Participate in client presentations and effectively communicate design rationale.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the media or advertising industry.
• Female.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in branding, print design, and digital design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Excellent conceptual and visual problem‑solving skills, with the ability to turn complex requirements into visually appealing designs.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and design principles.
• Adaptability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design decisions.
