Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Customer Relation Coordinator in Toyota Tangerang Outlet. Responsibilities include actively managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing customer retention initiatives, and resolving customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to optimize customer experience processes and provide support to achieve business goals.

Effective communication and responsiveness to customer needs are essential aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

Actively managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing customer retention initiatives, resolving customer inquiries or complaints professionally, collaborating with internal teams to optimize customer experience processes and provide support to achieve business goals, and maintaining effective communication and responsiveness to customer needs.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience management
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Experience in Customer Retention strategies
  • Proven ability to handle and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Proficient in problem-solving and relationship management
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience will be considered
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
