Responsibilities
- Memimpin dan mengelola tim Customer Service, termasuk pengawasan kinerja harian.
- Menyusun strategi pelayanan dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi OJK.
- Bertanggung jawab dalam menangani case yang terrhubung dengan OJK
- Membuat laporan layanan pelanggan sesuai dengan ketentuan regulator.
- Meningkatkan engagement dan kepuasan pelanggan melalui manajemen contact center dan CRM.
- Menangani eskalasi keluhan pelanggan secara profesional.
- Berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain untuk penyelesaian masalah pelanggan.
- Pendidikan minimal S1
- Pengalaman min. 5 tahun di Customer Service, termasuk 1 tahun di level Supervisor/Manager.
- Diutamakan dari industri Fintech, Perbankan, atau Multifinance.
- Memahami manajemen contact center, CRM, dan strategi engagement pelanggan.
- Paham regulasi OJK terkait layanan pelanggan di perusahaan pembiayaan.
- Terbiasa membuat laporan sesuai kebutuhan regulator.
- Komunikatif, analitis, detail, dan mampu bekerja individu maupun tim.
- Bersedia bekerja di Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
