Day to day responsibilities

Handle customer’s feedback, enquiries, complaints & requests that comes through the company's various communication channels. This also include and not limited to handling customer through a hotline center service/call or walk-in

Manage data administration and maintain accurate customer and service records. This also related to BCI leads, sales lead assignment, and monitoring lead progress

Support product quality checks (QA) when required and coordinate spare part handling and follow-ups

Review relevant customer feedback & complaints with Manager and/or with appropriate divisions where necessary without dropping-the-ball on customer follow-ups

Work closely with other departments (e.g., technical support, logistics, sales) to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently

Your qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any major. Fresh graduates are welcome

Strong communication skills & customer-oriented with good interpersonal skill, a mature team player, have a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn. Also, able to build relationships and facilitate discussions

Well-groomed, professional appearance

Have good logical thinking and proactive to problem-solving

Willing to be placed at Head Office, BSD
