E-Commerce Channel Specialist

Manage & Optimize Marketplace Dashboards (Shopee, Tik Tok Shop, Lazada, Blibli) to ensure smooth operations.

Process Manual Orders efficiently to meet customer expectations.

Support the Senior E-commerce Specialist in customer service, campaigns, and live streaming.

• Marketplace Management
  Operate and manage dashboards across Shopee, Tik Tok Shop, Lazada, Blibli
  Upload and update product listings (images, prices, stock, descriptions)
  Set up campaigns, promotions, and decorate online stores
  Respond to customer chats, inquiries, reviews, and refund requests
  Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the buying journey
• Order Processing
  Process and invoice manual orders accurately
  Submit purchase requests and coordinate with internal teams
• Live Streaming & Branding
  Be the host or co-host for live streaming sessions (Tik Tok, Shopee Live, etc.)
  Collaborate with content and marketing teams for brand visibility
• Reporting & Coordination
  Prepare reports and respond to internal and external inquiries
  Assist the Senior E-commerce Specialist with daily customer service operations
• To perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the superior/management from time to time.

  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related fields
• ✅
  Minimum 1 year experience managing Shopee, Tik Tok Shop, Lazada, or Blibli dashboards
• ✅
  Tech-Savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Power BI is a plus!)
• ✅
  Detail-Oriented & Analytical – Love data? We want you!

  Great Communicator – Strong interpersonal skills for both team collaboration and customer interactions
• ✅
  Self-Starter – Able to work independently and thrive in a team environment

• Experience with Live Streaming (hosting/promoting).
