Admin Padel Academy

The Academy Administrator is responsible for managing daily administrative operations, customer service, and scheduling activities to ensure smooth coordination between clients and coaches. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless customer experience, maintaining accurate booking systems, and supporting program execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and handle day-to-day client interactions in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage customer bookings, including new reservations, cancellations, and schedule adjustments
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding bookings, updates, and general inquiries
• Create, organize, and oversee daily and weekly class schedules to ensure smooth operations
• Process customer payments and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately
• Input and update new programs, classes, and packages into the booking system
• Coordinate closely with coaches regarding schedules, changes, and operational updates

Qualifications:

• Experience in administration or customer service is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with good multitasking ability
• Comfortable using basic computer tools and booking systems
• Friendly, reliable, and service-oriented
