Customer Service Social Media

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner via email, Whats App, web chat, and phone calls

Record and document all customer interactions in the CRM or ticketing system

Escalate and coordinate with relevant teams for issues that cannot be resolved directly

Conduct outbound chats or calls for specific programs, such as order confirmations, customer satisfaction surveys, or promotional offers (up selling)

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree - All Majors

1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role

Skilled in soft selling techniques

Familiar with communication platforms such as email, live chat, Whats App Web, and social media

Experienced with Customer Service applications such as;
Qontak, Zendesk and others
