Receptionist, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

The Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Lumeira guests and members, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out process, managing appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, helping them with inquiries, making appointments, and providing general information about Lumeira Wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at Lumeira, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere
• Efficiently check guests in for their appointments, ensuring accuracy in scheduling and payment processing
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently, coordinating with therapists to optimize booking slots and minimize wait times
• Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions
• Respond to inquiries from guests regarding spa services, pricing, availability, and facility amenities
• Provide detailed information about treatments and packages, helping guests make informed decisions about their wellness journey
• Promote and upsell spa products and retail items to guests, providing recommendations based on their individual needs and preferences
• Process payments, manage cash registers, and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and products as needed
• Support the overall administrative operations of the spa, including filing, data entry, and maintaining client records
