Senior Architect

We are a one-stop luxury architecture, interior design, and construction firm, specializing in American Modern Classic residences for high-end private clients.

• Lead architectural design for luxury residential projects from concept to construction stage
• Translate design intent clearly to Project Managers, site teams, and consultants
• Review drawings, details and material specifications to ensure alignment with design standards
• Conduct site visits and coordinate design solutions with the construction team
• Ensure designs meet aesthetic, functional and technical excellence
• Maintain American Modern Classic design direction with flexibility based on project and client needs

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Strong understanding of construction details, building systems and on-site execution
• Strong capability in architectural layout planning and facade design
• 3+ years experience as an architect (experience in luxury residential projects is a must) with demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Proficient in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD and Sketch Up
• Able to communicate clearly, assertively and professionally with Project Managers and field teams
• Excellent design sensitivity, especially in luxury and timeless architecture
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity
