Maintain and update standard pricing for interior & MEP vendors/mitra.

Source, evaluate, and recommend suitable project partners/vendors aligned with budget and project needs.

Build strong partner relationships to ensure readiness and service quality.

Ensure accuracy of partnership data, payment documents, and compliance requirements.

Monitor partner performance and prepare periodic reports on cost efficiency.
