Product Designer

BAGS CITY GROUP is a retail company that specializes in Luggage, Bags, and Travel Accessories. Starting its journey since 1992, Bags City sells well-known brands such as Lojel, Thule, Bagasi, Case Logic, and Travel Blue. Available in 30 Showrooms and 100 Department Stores throughout Indonesia. And now we are looking for Product Designer.

We are seeking a Product Designer to support our product design and development process, ranging from research, concept creation, and 3D visualization, to technical documentation. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs are effectively executed and aligned with our brand standards

• Conduct research on current trends, materials, and competitor products
• Create design sketches and visualizations (2D & 3D)
• Support concept development focusing on (form, function, and features)
• Support in the creation of tech packs, including (specifications, dimensions, and materials)
• Prepare and maintain updated design files for the production process
• Assist in the exploration of materials, trims, and branding applications
• Support the review process for prototypes and product samples
• Conduct all Document design revisions and updates
• Collaborate effectively with the design, development, and production teams

• Bachelor's Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Fundamental skills in 3D software (such as CLO3D, Blender, Rhino, or equivalent)
• Basic understanding on product construction and materials
• Detail-oriented and communicative, with strong teamwork capabilities
• Willing to be place in a fulltime onsite working hours at BSD, Tangerang Selatan.

• Experience in the bag, luggage, or soft goods industry
• Familiarity with tech packs and technical drawings
• A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
