We are hiring a Senior Interior Design Lead to manage client-facing design projects and lead the creative direction of interior spaces, primarily in tropical villa and hospitality developments.
This role requires a balance of design expertise, communication skills, and leadership ability.
Responsibilities- Conduct client meetings and presentations
- Develop interior concepts aligned with client needs
- Coordinate with architects and project teams
- Ensure quality control and design consistency
- Manage project timelines and deadlines
- Contribute to branding and content activities (monthly Media Day)
- Minimum 5 years experience in interior design or architecture
- Strong portfolio (hospitality or residential preferred)
- Leadership experience managing teams/projects
- Detail-oriented with strong aesthetic judgment
- Willing to work in Bali (9–5 working hours)
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in tropical design
- Comfortable appearing on camera
- Creative working environment
