Architect, CAD​/ AutoCAD​/ Mechanical Design

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and legally licensed/eligible to practice in Indonesia

3–5 years of professional experience in residential, hospitality, villa, or commercial projects; experience in Bali or Lombok is highly preferred

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up

Strong skills in 3D visualization and rendering
, preferably using D5 Render, V-Ray, or Lumion

Good understanding of Indonesian building regulations and permits
, including PBG, RDTR, zoning, and related local regulations

Strong portfolio demonstrating both design work and successfully completed/built projects — not design-only portfolios

Able to develop projects from concept design through construction/detailing

Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and coordination with contractors

Fluent in English
, both written and spoken

Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams
