About the role

PT Tsang Trading is seeking a skilled Drafter to join our architecture team on a contract basis
. This position is based in Pondok Aren, Banten and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to architectural design projects for playground. As a Drafter, you will play a crucial role in translating architectural concepts into precise technical drawings and documentation that form the foundation of construction projects. This position is essential to ensuring that designs are accurately communicated to contractors, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Convert architect sketches and design concepts into accurate, to-scale drawings meeting industry standards
• Develop construction documents including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and company standards
• Coordinate with architects and senior design staff to refine drawings and incorporate feedback
• Maintain accurate drawing records and manage revisions throughout the project phases

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar architectural design tools)
• Strong understanding of architectural drawing conventions, standards, and best practices
• Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and construction documentation
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, precise drawings
• Competency in reading and interpreting architectural plans and specifications
• Ability to work effectively within a team and respond to constructive feedback
• Strong organisational skills and capability to manage multiple drawing revisions
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or equivalent practical experience
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) to communicate with team members and stakeholders
• Previous experience as an architectural drafter or in a similar technical drafting role is highly valued
