Faculty Member Activities :
• Perform Teaching

Activities:

o Disseminate and impart basic or applied knowledge to studentso Assist students with learning processo Assessing student’s learning
• Perform Research

Activities:

o Participate actively in specific research projectso Propose new topics for research projectso Maintain a program of research, scholarship or artistic creativity through which they should aspire to a national or international reputation as scholars and promotion to the rank of Professor (academic specialist rank) o Contribute to their disciplines through publishing articles and books, presenting research findings, or disseminating their work to external audiences
• Perform Community Services:o Participate actively in community service programso Propose new program for community service

Research & Publication Activities :
• Plan, monitor, evaluate and control several activities related to the following activities:o Implementation and dissemination/publication of research results based on research roadmap and other regulation.o Activities of paper publication, journal publishing and scientific forum implementation.o Intellectual property (HKI) registrationo Obtain non-tuition revenue through research & seminar activitieso Student creativity program (Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa)
• Assist the Head of Department/Program/Dean to determine the objectives research in each respective Department/Program/Faculty/ School
• Perform competency development for all Faculty Members in research

Content Development & Evaluation :
• Enrich and maintain course material.
• Review and revise course material quality by conducting Course Outline/Online Resources review and revision (every semester).
• Assist the course and examination content preparation, evaluation, development, and improvement to support the accreditation process
• Provide input for obsolete courses and teaching materials to Head of Department/Program
• Coordinate other lecturers related to course development and evaluation process, as well as provide mentoring, coaching and feedback
• Ensure the quality of teaching delivery for all classes according to the standard
• Ensure on time completion of content development & evaluation process

Management Support Activities :
• Provide strategic advice and regular reports to Dean/Head of Department/Program regarding research & publication initiatives
• Support respective Faculty/School to recognize and add trend/new course and/or the latest technology related to program of Faculty/School
• Support respective Faculty/School to manage compliance activities and conduct document support for Borang or other national/international standard
• Advise Head of Laboratory/Studio related to with practicum development and research activities
• Act as Academic Advisory and Thesis Supervision (based on assignment)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks as required by direct supervisor
• Perform the role of Faculty Member as stated in Catur Dharma Perguruan Tinggi General Requirement :

Master Degree with relevant field of knowledge
