We are seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our team as a Faculty Member/Lecturer/Dosen at the School of Design.

• Ensure the quality of teaching delivery within related classes according to the standard (Course Outline and Online Resources)
• Disseminate and impart basic or applied knowledge to students
• Assist students with learning process and applying the knowledge
• Assessing student’s learning, using a wide range of strategies (i.e., tests, papers, and project-oriented demonstrations of knowledge)
• Contribute to Department/Program/Faculty/School curriculum diversity and richness, and to foster their students’ critical and creative abilities

• Contribute to Department/Program/Faculty/School curriculum diversity and richness, and to foster their students’ critical and creative abilities

• Produce high quality research and publication
• Participate actively in specific research projects
• Propose new topics for research projects
• Maintain a program of research, scholarship or artistic creativity through which they should aspire to a national or international reputation as scholars and promotion to the rank of Professor (academic specialist rank)
• Contribute to their disciplines through publishing articles and books, presenting research findings, or disseminating their work to external audiences

• Participate actively in community service programs
• Propose new program for community service

• Participate actively in self-development programs

• Provide report to Direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

• Hold a Master or Doctoral Degree in Visual Communication Design, Arts, Interior Design, Film, or any other design-related studies
• Have a minimum of 2 years of work or lecturing experience
• Willing to work at BINUS University’s Bandung Campus
