Why these roles matter
As a founding team, you’ll help shape timetables, routines, assessment practices, exhibitions/shows, and the culture of care. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of School & Operations, Deputy HoS, and peers to build a joyful, safe, high-expectations primary school.

- Calm, predictable classrooms; students show growth in core skills and learner agency
- Consistent parent communication and timely follow-ups
- Safer safeguarding practices embedded in daily work
- Active contribution to showcases/events and cross-grade collaboration
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with relevant qualification
- Fluent Indonesian & English
- Experience in English-medium classes; PYP exposure a plus; strong fresh grads welcome
- Student-centred, clear behaviour/classroom management, professional parent communication
- Google Workspace–savvy; basic assessment & record-keeping
- Safeguarding and data-privacy mindset
- Non-IB teachers will receive IB training

Responsibilities
All Teaching Roles
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons in an English-medium setting
- Use simple assessment cycles to inform instruction and communicate progress
- Build routines that support wellbeing, behaviour, and independence
- Maintain accurate records (plans, attendance, grades/notes) in Google Workspace
- Communicate proactively with families; collaborate with colleagues on events and projects
- Uphold safeguarding, child protection, and data-privacy practices at all times
Subject Teachers (Mathematics/PE/Arts)
- Deliver subject-specific curriculum and contribute to cross-curricular projects
- Prepare showcases/exhibitions/performances as appropriate to the discipline
Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor’s in Education/PGSD or relevant subject - Experience:
English-medium teaching (PYP a plus); school-based counselling for Counsellor - Certifications (nice-to-have):
Arts/PE/maths credentials; safeguarding training
