About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool & Kindergarten Teacher to join our dedicated branch located in Bintaro, South Tangerang. As a full-time educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the early learning journey of our students.

• Creating a nurturing, stimulating and safe learning environment for children
• Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to support student development
• Collaborating with parents and caregivers to provide consistent, holistic care
• Maintaining thorough records and documentation to track student progress
• Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience teaching in a preschool or kindergarten setting
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and families
• Ability to create a warm, caring and inclusive learning environment
• Passion for nurturing the academic, social and emotional growth of young learners
