SAMPOERNA ACADEMY - KINDERGARTEN - ASSOCIATE TEACHER - AY 26/27
Employment Type: Contract
Responsibilities- Create innovative lesson plans and enhance the learning environment for students.
- Collaborate with teachers to monitor the development of students.
- Work with students in the classroom to promote their learning and development.
- Observe and evaluate students' performance and development.
- Understand the teacher's routine when delivering a lesson plan and running the class in the event that the teacher is absent on a particular day.
- Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education / Psychology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Associate Teacher in private or international school.
- Compassionate attitude and strong understanding of child development.
