Preschool and Kindergarten Teacher

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute age-appropriate curriculums (such as reading, writing, and math readiness) that incorporate play, music, and art
• Guide children through self-directed activities, teaching them essential life skills like sharing, cooperation, patience, and conflict resolution
• Track each child's academic, physical, and emotional progress, adjusting activities to suit individual developmental needs
• Ensure the classroom and toys are clean, sanitized, and organized. Monitor children constantly to prevent accidents and detect signs of illness
• Provide regular updates on the child's progress through daily reports or periodic parent-teacher conferences, and offer guidance on at-home learning
