Teacher & Community Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Teach children aged 6–12 and develop engaging learning materials.
• Manage educational and community programs across multiple locations.
• Recruit, train, coordinate, and support volunteers.
• Plan and oversee program activities and events.
• Build partnerships and support collaboration and fundraising efforts.
• Identify and develop new program locations.
• Prepare reports, measure program impact, and recommend improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Psychology, Communication, Management, or Social Sciences preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in education, NGOs, community development, volunteer management, or related fields.
• Experience teaching elementary school children and developing learning materials.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in the field, travel regularly, and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Personal vehicle and driver's license are an advantage.
