• Plan and deliver engaging learning activities for children aged 2–6 years.
• Create a positive, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Conduct learning activities primarily in English.
• Support children's social, emotional, language, and motor skill development.
• Observe, assess, and document children's learning progress.
• Build positive communication and partnerships with parents.
• Participate in school events, teacher development programs, and team meetings.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to continuously improve learning quality.

• Holds a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), English Education, Psychology, Primary Education, or other related fields.
• Has strong spoken and written English skills.
• Enjoys working with young children and understands child‑centered learning.
• Is patient, caring, creative, and enthusiastic.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
