Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Counseling, or Guidance.
- Master’s Degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience (especially high school level).
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and counselling skills.
- Experience in university placement is a strong advantage.
- Provide academic, emotional, and behavioral counselling.
- Guide university applications and career pathways.
- Conduct counselling sessions and assessments.
- Work closely with parents and teachers.
