• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education (English Language) or equivalent
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE / BEd/equivalent is an advantage)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Strong subject knowledge in English for the secondary level
• Able to plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons
• Tech-savvy; proficient in MS Office and basic educational technology
• Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about the education industry
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Good classroom management and communication skills
• Committed to safeguarding and student wellbeing
