School Leader

A well-established private school in South Tangerang is looking for an experienced and visionary School Leader to lead the school’s academic, operational, and people development initiatives.

Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school.

Oversee academic quality and ensure effective curriculum implementation.

Lead and develop teachers and school staff to achieve high performance.

Monitor student achievement, learning quality, and overall school improvement.

Establish a positive, professional, and student-centered school culture.

Manage school operations and ensure compliance with applicable policies and standards.

Build strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and external stakeholders.

Develop and implement strategic plans to support the school’s growth and development.

Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in education
, preferably with leadership or management experience.

Previous experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Head of School, Academic Coordinator, or equivalent leadership position is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of curriculum development, teaching and learning, and school management.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Able to lead diverse teams and create a collaborative working environment.

Experience with
Cambridge Curriculum or international school environments is an advantage.

Strong proficiency in English is preferred.
