Engine Service Technician

As an Engine Service Technician, you will be responsible for the troubleshooting, maintenance, and commissioning of Gas Engine. You will ensure engines are properly adjusted and perform start-up and shutdown operations in both manual and automatic modes. Key tasks include working with mechanical tools, using software and control systems to download parameters, and providing detailed work and service reports. You will collaborate with customers during testing and troubleshooting, participate in continuous improvement efforts, and ensure all processes follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and safety standards.

• Perform troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of engines.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance based on schedules.
• Prepare and manage spare parts lists for maintenance and repairs.
• Operate engines in both manual and automatic modes.
• Coordinate with customers during engine testing and troubleshooting.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes.
• Ensure proper handling and safety procedures while engines are under maintenance.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Engine Service Technician (Mechanical/Electrical).
• Prior professional experience with reciprocating engines preferred.
• Professional English fluency.
• Familiar with JENBACHER (gas engine).
• Available for extensive travel, up to 80%.
• Able to understand and implement technical procedures.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with internal and external customers and prospects.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Willing to be placed in BSD, South Tangerang.
