Document Controller

This role will be responsible for managing, reviewing, tracking, distributing, and maintaining project engineering documents, while coordinating with engineering teams, customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely project documentation and handover.

Responsibilities:

Control, organize, and maintain project drawings and documents.

Ensure proper document numbering, revision control, and filing.

Maintain Master Document Lists and project documentation records.

Prepare document status reports and transmittals.

Coordinate document distribution, customer comments, and approvals.

Compile vendor manuals, commissioning reports, As-Built drawings, and handover documents.

Coordinate documentation activities with Engineering and other teams.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience as Document Controller

Construction or project experience is preferred

Fluent in English (Spoken & Written)

Attention to detail and good communication skill
